Knowledge Journey Exhibit is an information terminal for an interactive search with an age-adaptive search user interface whose main focus group are young users. In specific, it enables:

• textual information retrieval,
• ad-hoc search & exploration,
• child-safe and child-friendly search,
• personal information management,
• flexible modication of the search user interface,
• touch interaction.
